Pumpkin Carving

It's pumpkin carving season again!!!! Even though this was only my third time ever carving a pumpkin, I loved, loved, loved it. SO much fun!

By the time I arrived on the scene in my family, my Mom was tired of carving pumpkins. She firmly asserted that the mess of carving pumpkins was not worth the result and would not budge. Consequently, my only time carving pumpkins as a child occured at my Grandma's house with my cousin (and best friend). The second time, was last year with my husband when we worked on a pumpkin together. This year, we each got our own! :D Hooray for pumpkins!

Birthday Calendar

I decided to make a perpetual calendar for my Mother-in-law for her birthday. I really loved at it turned out.

Snowbird

We took a long weekend and went up to the Snowbird resort. We went on a hike, went on the tram, and went to the hot tub three times. :D
